1. OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are a customer in the UK mainland (UK ONLY), you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order if you have changed your mind. This two-week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order or the date of payment for sessions. Find out how to return your item(s) using our hassle-free, 3-step returns process.
  1. 1) Email our office with your order number and date, we will find your order from here.
  2. 2) Repack the goods and return in original condition and send back to our office address.
  3. 3) Refunds will be made to the original card holder (for non-faulty goods, you will need to pay all postage costs).
If you receive faulty goods, you have the right to return these goods and ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. Your postage will also be covered.

2. FAULTY GOODS

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by emailing prostarsfootball@hotmail.com and a member of our team will deal with your enquiry within 24 hours.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

3. CANCELLING A CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS

If you’re a customer in the UK, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us.

This two-week period starts from the first day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You will need to send us a notice of your cancellation; to do so and find out how to return your item(s), just email prostarsfootball@hotmail.com or call 07957 949198.

You can also cancel your order with us by writing us via post to 3 Essex House, 35 Park Hill Road, Bromley, Kent BR2 0LB.

If you are cancelling your order with us, but have already received your order, you will need to return the item(s) to us using THE 3 STEPS above. You will then receive a full refund as per the policy set out above.

Holiday courses attended have their own cancelation policy, details can be found on the registration form.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
